Velasco & RobotaMining Intelligence
The Institutional Brief defines how we work, what we expect from our counterparties, and the standards we apply to every mining investment process in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru.
Mining intermediation with
institutional standards
Velasco & Robota is a specialized intermediation alliance focused on the commercial management of mining assets in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru. We work at the intersection between mining rights holders with real-value projects and genuine institutional capital seeking opportunities in natural resources.
We are not an informal broker or a contact network. We are a team with structured methodology, institutional intelligence tools, and a verification protocol aligned with the standards required by serious capital markets.
Our differentiator is not access to investors: it is the ability to build the right process so a transaction can reach a successful outcome. In a market where most negotiations fail to close — not due to lack of interest, but due to lack of structure — Velasco & Robota is the answer.
We turn mining assets with potential into verifiable, documented investment opportunities ready to be evaluated by institutional capital.
- Written exclusive mandate before initiating any process
- Complete document audit and preparation of the institutional CIM
- Mandatory KYC for every investor accessing asset information
- Controlled Data Room with a transaction-specific NDA
- Structured negotiation with formal stages through closing
- AML/CFT compliance · FATF · GAFILAT · Argentina FIU
- Distribute teasers or CIMs to mass contact lists
- Present investors without complete and approved KYC
- Move forward without a written mandate from the holder
- Promise closings — we promise well-structured processes
- Work with assets whose ownership is compromised
How we work with
rights holders and investors
We work only under a written mandate from the rights holder. Without a signed mandate, there is no process. It protects the holder, the investor, and confirms legitimate commercial representation.
We audit all documentation: ownership, technical reports, environmental status, and UBO. We prepare the CIM in a global institutional format before approaching the market.
No investor accesses information without completing our KYI process: corporate identity, UBO, OFAC/UN/EU/GAFILAT screening, and proven financial capacity.
The CIM is shared only with investors who have signed a specific NDA. Technical documentation is accessed via a Data Room with access control and viewing records.
From interest to closing through formal stages: binding LOI, Term Sheet with economic terms, and — when applicable — technical site visit with a protocolized agenda.

Two audiences.
One shared standard.
Holder
If you have an asset with real potential — exploration concessions, advanced-stage projects, deposits with confirmed resources — and are considering selling it, structuring a JV, or attracting development capital.
- Confidential process with asset information protected at all times
- Presentation only to verified investors with accredited financial capacity
- Periodic reports on the investor pipeline status
- Full transparency on fees, with no hidden charges
Investor
If your investment mandate includes real mining assets — exploration, early development, concession acquisition, royalties — in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru.
- Assets with structured CIM, verified technical information, and documented ownership
- Orderly negotiation process with clear stages and controlled Data Room
- Neutral intermediation — no pressure to close under incorrect terms
- Active network in LATAM, North America, Asia, and the Middle East
The first step is
always non-binding
An evaluation meeting in which we assess whether there is a basis for a joint process. To begin, an exclusive mandate must be signed and the verification protocol must be completed.
